By accessing or using Propelo ("the Service", "we", "us", "our") — including the website at propelo.eu, the trade panel application, the Chrome extension, or any associated API — you ("you", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including visitors, registered users, and anyone who connects a trading account.
Propelo is trade automation software. It receives trading signals from TradingView or from the trade panel and forwards order instructions to connected brokerage accounts via broker-provided APIs (cTrader Open API, MetaTrader EA bridge).
Propelo is not a broker, investment advisor, fund manager, or regulated financial entity. Nothing on this website or within the application constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.
Automation software — including Propelo — does not reduce the inherent risk of trading. It executes instructions faster and more consistently than manual input, but it cannot predict market outcomes or protect you from losses. Market conditions, slippage, broker outages, connectivity failures, and errors in your own signal logic can all result in unintended positions or losses.
You acknowledge that you fully understand the risks involved in trading and that you bear sole responsibility for any losses incurred.
If you use Propelo with a proprietary trading firm ("prop firm") account, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is permitted under that firm's current terms of service, evaluation rules, and trading guidelines.
Propelo publishes a compatibility table at propelo.eu as a reference, but that table reflects our best understanding at a point in time and may not reflect each firm's most current rules. It is not a substitute for reading your firm's official documentation.
Violations of prop firm rules may result in account suspension, disqualification, forfeiture of payouts, or permanent bans. Propelo accepts no liability for any such consequences.

Nothing provided by Propelo — including the trade panel, risk calculator, signal routing, example trades, documentation, or any communications from our team — constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading recommendations, or solicitations to buy or sell any financial instrument.
You should consult a qualified financial adviser before making any trading decisions. Propelo personnel are not licensed financial advisers, brokers, or investment managers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Propelo and its operators shall not be liable for:
In all cases, Propelo's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Propelo subscriptions are billed monthly through Gumroad. By purchasing a subscription you agree to Gumroad's terms of service in addition to these Terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are provided for unused days unless required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms, including — but not limited to — sharing license keys, using the Service to violate broker or prop firm rules, or attempting to abuse or attack the Service infrastructure.
Propelo is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no guarantee of uninterrupted access, uptime, or error-free operation. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time with or without notice.
Broker and prop firm APIs are third-party services outside our control. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or access restrictions imposed by those providers.
All content, software, design, and intellectual property within Propelo is owned by or licensed to Propelo's operators. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal trading activities during the period of your active subscription.
Propelo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to FTMO s.r.o., Spotware Systems Ltd. (cTrader), FundedNext Ltd., MetaQuotes Software Corp. (MetaTrader), or any other prop firm, broker, or platform mentioned on this website. All third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
By using Propelo you acknowledge that we store your license key, linked cTrader or MetaTrader account identifiers, and trade execution logs as necessary to operate the Service. cTrader OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Anonymous analytics (page views, visit counts) may be collected via a privacy-respecting analytics tool. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics.
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and applicable member state law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the operator's jurisdiction.
